Bereavement 

Welcome to my counseling practice, where I provide support for individuals navigating the difficult journey of bereavement I understand that loss can be overwhelming, and I'm here to offer a compassionate space for healing and growth. Together, we can explore your feelings and find a path forward. You are not alone in this process.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of worry or fear that is a normal response to a range of different situations. It can affect your mental health when you feel anxious every day and can't remember when you last felt relaxed. Counselling can help you explore the cause of these feelings, understand them and suggest ways of dealings with situations. 

Depression

Depression, is a common mental health condition which is typically characterised by low mood or loss of pleasure in activities. Counselling offers you a safe space to explore your feelings, acknowledge them and accept them. Counselling provides a safe supportive environment where you can explore this openly. It encourages you to acknowledge your emotions, and the origins for these feelings, helping you to understand yourself better.
